Christina Aguilera has one of the most successful celebrity perfume ranges. All her fragrances are very affordable and they tend to be discontinued after they’ve been released, with a new one coming out each year. This article explains what each Christina Aguilera fragrance smells like and links to where you can get them (including the discontinued ones!).

Christina Aguilera Eau de Parfum

Christina Aguilera’s self titled first fragrance is such a nostalgic perfume for me; it was released in my teens. It’s similar to fragrances from the 2000s era; like Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy and the early Beyoncé fragrances. A Vanilla base is accompanied by sweet and fruity Plum and Blackcurrant notes. This combination feels appropriate for the ‘second era’ of Christina when this came out alongside her Stripped album.

Christina Aguilera Inspire

Christina Aguilera Inspire is one of the lesser known fragrances in the range. The marketing was super pink and for me doesn’t fit well with the rest of Christina’s perfumes.

Inspire has a Mango top note, followed by lots of White Florals; Tuberose, Gardenia and Orange Flower are all light and feminine. I find it very similar to Paris Hilton Tease, which came out at a similar time. Light, innocent and fresh, Inspire is simple but forgettable.

Christina Aguilera By Night

Christina Aguilera By Night is a return to the same bottle, and a similar scent to the original Christina Aguilera perfume. It has the familiar Vanilla base but in By Night it has a warmer Amber feel. Fruity top notes of Apple, Pineapple and Rhubarb keep it fruity sweet.

Christina Aguilera Royal Desire

Christina Aguilera Royal Desire is a rare Marshmallow perfume. Her signature fruity Blackcurrant top note and white floral heart maintain the Christina Aguilera DNA but the Marshmallow really is the star of the show.

Sweet and sexy, I think Royal Desire is definitely an evening scent, or something cosy to wear when wrapping up against the colder winter weather.

Christina Aguilera Secret Potion

Secret Potion is my favourite perfume name in the Christina Aguilera range. Unfortunately, the scent is quite forgettable. It’s a simple citrus fragrance with a generic white floral heart.

Christina Aguilera Red Sin

Red Sin is a very different kind of fragrance when compared to all the previous releases from Christina Aguilera. A soft Cinnamon note creates a cosy fragrance which also has a refreshing Red Apple note. Christina Aguilera Red Sin isn’t a strong perfume so I recommend it for cosy nights in.

Christina Aguilera Unforgettable

Christina Aguilera Unforgettable has some similarities with the original Christina Aguilera fragrance. It’s a Vanilla and Plum scent; so it has the same fruity sweet DNA as many of her original perfumes.

Christina Aguilera Woman

A warm and delicate Honey perfume note identifies Christina Aguilera Woman from her other fragrances. This is an uplifting day-time scent which opens with fresh Pear before the heart reveals Honey floral notes.

Christina Aguilera Touch Of Seduction

Touch Of Seduction is the first fragrance Christina Aguilera released which had a noticeable Rose fragrance note. As with many perfumes, the Rose scent is combined with Raspberry and Lychee. A hint of Iris and Vanilla base add depth and make Christina Aguilera Touch Of Seduction a bit stronger and more complex that its predecessors.

Christina Aguilera Glam X

Christina Aguilera Glam X is the only Amber and Oriental perfume in the range. After a sweet and fruity Peach opening note, the fragrance surprises you with revelations of Star Anais and Benzoin. Heliotrope adds to the oriental feeling of the fragrance and helps with lasting power.

If you’re looking for a very affordable Amber perfume, Glam X is a great bargain.

Christina Aguilera Definition

Definition is a powdery feminine fragrance which feels more innocent than most other Christina Aguilera perfumes.

A musky and powdery Vanilla Orchid combines with Heliotrope to create a soft floral scent. Definition is a perfume for fans of floral fragrances that don’t want any fruity top notes.

Christina Aguilera Violet Noir

Christina Aguilera Violet Noir jumps onto the 2010s trend of Patchouli based fragrances with fruity top notes. After Passionfruit and Nectarine Blossom open the scent profile, Orange Blossom and Patchouli make up the heart and base of the fragrance. Violet Noir reminds me of a lighter version of YSL Black Opium, and a much more affordable version too!

Christina Aguilera Xperience

After a Bergamot top note, a Lotus scent makes Christina Aguilera Xperience a nice fresh fragrance, whilst Hawthorn and Orange Blossom add a slightly green and slight sweet undertone.

Christina Aguilera Eau So Beautiful

I personally found Christina Aguilera Eau So Beautiful to be a bit light and uninspiring. It has a zingy Pomelo top note, and a fresh white floral heart but it soon fades. I think Eau So Beautiful could work for very hot weather because its very light and refreshing.

Christina Aguilera Moonlight Bloom

Christina Aguilera Moonlight Bloom is a fruity Plum and Blackcurrant fragrance which has a Night Blooming Jasmine heart note, reminiscent of Flowerbomb Midnight. I think Moonlight Bloom is actually one of my favourite perfumes from Christina Aguilera because it has lasting power and its fruity whilst still being deep and mysterious.

Christina Aguilera Cherry Noir

The latest perfume from Christina Aguilera is her Cherry Noir. This is a Cherry Blossom fragrance rather than a Cherry perfume. The sweet floral Cherry Blossom notes are combined with Brown Sugar and Jasmine and Plum to create a scent which really reminds me of Cacharel Amor Amor.
