1. Mugler Angel
From the magnificent looking bottle to its unique scent, I love everything about this Mugler’s Angel! The initial spray opens with sweet Praline which is soon followed by a deep Patchouli scent which is famous for its lasting power.
Angel has an eternal longevity and amazing sillage! It can be reliable upon to last all day and is worn by men and women across all seasons. Personally, because its so heavy I recommend it for Valentine’s Day when you really want to make an impact.

2. Calvin Klein Euphoria
For an affordable but reliable Valentine’s Day perfume, you can’t go wrong with the classic Calvin Klein Euphoria.
Pomegranate and an amber floral heart create a feminine scent which isn’t overly sweet or floral. A mahogany wood note in the base creates a depth which adds to the sensuality of the fragrance.
At the same time I find Calvin Klein Euphoria uplifting and comforting at the same time. The pomegranate and wood blend together well. It’s perfect for transitioning from the office to date night, especially when Valentine’s Day falls on a work night!
3. Lancome Trésor Midnight Rose
Trésor Midnight Rose is one of my personal favourite fragrances and the perfume which I turn to for date night.
The blackcurrant note is sexy, and works perfectly with raspberry and rose to create a unique and feminine fragrance made for the evening.
The lasting power is excellent and I can still smell Trésor Midnight Rose the next day; especially on my clothes and hair.
4. YSL Black Opium
YSL Black Opium can be smelt in bars and nightclubs around the world. This best selling fragrance is a rich coffee and vanilla fragrance which was made for Valentine’s Day.
Pear and jasmine help soften the fragrance and also help it last. I definitely class YSL Black Opium as a sexy fragrance which you can rely on.

5. SOKI LONDON Empress
When I created my first fragrance Empress, I wanted to make a fragrance which was sexy and long lasting. Empress is an Eau de Parfum Intense and is ideal for Valentine’s Day. The Vegan and Cruelty-free formula uses ingredients of natural origin to create a scent that lasts all day. 6. Carolina Herrera Good Girl
The instantly recognisable high-heeled shoe shaped bottle of Carolina Herrera Good Girl makes a big statement, and so does the fragrance.
Good Girl has some similarities to YSL Black Opium with coffee and jasmine notes. I find it slightly lighter though with a fresher citrus opening note, but also slightly more oriental as the scent settles. It’s definitely a winter fragrance and made for evenings like Valentine’s Day.
7. Ariana Grande Cloud
An affordable perfume option for Valentine’s Day is Ariana Grande Cloud. The fragrance has lots of similarities to the much more expensive Baccarat Rouge 540 and has become the best-selling celebrity fragrance of the 2020s.
On first spritz, Cloud has a creamy lactonic scent that comes from the whipped cream and praline fragrance notes. Coconut and Vanilla add a sweetness while lavender keeps the fragrance warm. I find Ariana Grande Cloud comforting and cosy as well as being sexy. It also has great lasting power making it excellent value for money.
8. Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire
The sweet and fruity notes of a cherry perfume are very appropriate for a Valentine’s Day fragrance. Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire (Little Black Dress in French) is a unique combination of sour cherry and almond which works surprisingly well. The scent reflects its name well; it’s like a little vintage black dress you find in a Parisian boutique, beautiful and classy.
La Petite Robe Noire is great for lasting and very warm so it works well for winter evenings, while the sweet cherry and almond create the Valentine’s Day vibe. The intense version of La Petite Robe Noire would also work well!
9. Valentino Voce Viva Intensa
For Valentine’s Day I recommend Valentino Volce Viva Intensa over the original Volce Viva fragrance because it has the same fresh bergamot opening but a warm Madagascan vanilla and dusky moss and white floral heart add lasting power and intrigue. I think Volce Viva Intensa is a beautiful blend of oriental, floral and gourmand which I find unique and sexy. It lasts well on me & I think its warmth and sensuality makes it perfect for intimate moments.
10. Giorgio Armani Si Intense
My final Valentine’s Day recommendation is Giorgio Armani Si Intense. This scent opens with syrupy blackcurrant notes that I find really addictive. A patchouli base creates intensity and great lasting power. I like the combination of its deepness and playfulness which makes it ideal for a date night!
