Parle Moi De Parfum, which translates into English as ‘Talk to me about perfume’ is a French niche fragrance brand based in Paris. It’s a family business founded by Benjamin Almairac, the son of renowned perfumer Michel Almairac. All their fragrances are Eau de Parfum strength, unisex and tend to focus on one or two key fragrance notes.

Parle Moi De Parfum Cedar Woodpecker 10

I imagine that Parle Moi De Parfum Cedar Woodpecker 10 represents the smell that the woodpecker experiences as he pecks at a cedar wood tree. The fragrance is a clean, slightly warm cedar which is very unisex, and wearable.

Parle Moi De Parfum Flavia Vanilla 82

Parle Moi De Parfum Flavia Vanilla 82 is a classy Vanilla fragrance. It isn’t a deep, or overly sweet Vanilla, instead it has a clean and cosy feel to it. Flavia Vanilla would be great to layer with other fragrances to add a Vanilla note, as well as wearing by itself. It’s not too heavy so I think it could be worn throughout the year.

Parle Moi De Parfum Guimauve de Nöel 31

Parle Moi De Parfum Guimauve de Nöel 31 is a sweet Orange Blossom scent which reminds me a lot of Dolce & Gabanna Pour Femme Intense. By adding Vanilla to Orange Blossom Parle Moi De Parfum have created a combination which smells almost like marshmallow.

Guimauve de Nöel 31 as the name suggests is perfect for Christmas (my article on the best Christmas perfumes) and the winter time when you want something feminine yet cosy; its one of my favourite fragrances from Parle Moi De Parfum.

Parle Moi De Parfum Milky Musk 39

Parle Moi De Parfum Milky Musk 39 is a fairly simple musk fragrance. It isn’t particularly milky, instead it’s a clean, fresh musk which could be used to layer with other scents, or worn alone for a subtle musk aura. Check out my article on the best Musk perfumes.

Parle Moi De Parfum Tomboy Neroli 65

I actually fine I get more Orange Blossom than Neroli in Parle Moi De Parfum Tomboy Neroli. Neroli and Orange Blossom actually come from the same tree (check out my article on Orange Blossom perfumes) so it makes sense for them to be combined in Tomboy Neroli.

This is a refreshing scent ideal for spring and summer; it’s clean, uplifting and slightly zesty.

Parle Moi De Parfum Totally White 126

Parle Moi De Parfum Totally White 126 is a perfect example of a great Wisteria perfume. Every April when the Wisteria blooms I also get messages asking for a Wisteria fragrance recommendation; well this is it.

It smells very true to the real-life scent of Wisteria blossom; green and floral, its a classic ‘English country garden’ scent.

Parle Moi De Parfum Une Tonne De Roses 8

Parle Moi De Parfum Une Tonne De Roses 8 also has a tonne of Patchouli in it, as well as Roses. This isn’t a fresh Rose scent, instead its deep, wintery and quite dark. It reminds me of Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming without the berry top notes.

Parle Moi De Parfum Woody Perfecto 107

I think a more accurate name for Parle Moi De Parfum Woody Perfecto 107 would be Vetiver Perfecto. Vetiver is a grass rather than a wood but it certainly does have woody qualities to it; but predominantly is a fresh green scent. Woody Perfecto is the ultimate Vetiver fragrance for Vetiver fans. Vetiver is commonly used in men’s fragrances but it’s harder to find a woman’s Vetiver scent; as Woody Perfecto is unisex this could be a great option for a female Vetiver perfume.

Parle Moi De Parfum Papyrus Oud 71

Parle Moi De Parfum Papyrus Oud 71 is one of the strongest fragrances in the range. Alongside Oud there are lots of other notes (Olibanum, Vetiver, Vanilla, Cedar, Sandalwood, Geranium, Oakmoss to name just a few!) which create a complex, woody, green fragrance.

Parle Moi De Parfum Chypre Mojo 45

I think Chypre Mojo is a pretty cool name for a fragrance. Chypre is a particular type of fragrance which has a Patchouli base note, citrus opening and floral heart. Parle Moi De Parfum Chypre Mojo 45 has lots of Patchouli, but alongside a Citrus top note they have used a Mango scent which is pretty unique! The Patchouli in Chypre Mojo is quite strong and tends to dominate though, so I don’t get a huge amount of Mango unfortunately.

Parle Moi De Parfum Orris Tattoo 29

Orris is the name for the root of the Iris plant. It has a powdery, smooth, mineral quality to it which is calming and sophisticated. Usually, Orris is combined with lots of other notes in a fragrance, and as a result can be lost. In Parle Moi De Parfum Orris Tattoo it’s the star of the show, 100% Orris!

Parle Moi De Parfum Saffron Wood 91

Despite the name, for me the main fragrance note in Parle Moi De Parfum Saffron Wood 91 is Rose, followed by the Saffron. I think the Rose dominates a bit too much and overpowers the Saffron. A Leather undertone is slightly noticeable as is a slightly metallic feel.

Parle Moi De Parfum Gardens of India 79

Parle Moi De Parfum Gardens of India 79 is my personal favourite fragrance from Parle Moi De Parfum. It’s a homage to exotic Tuberose; it takes me away to a lush garden in a hot country; I can smell palm trees and fresh dew on tropical leaves. It reminds me of Armani My Way without the other white floral notes.

Parle Moi De Parfum Haute Provence 89

Parle Moi De Parfum Haute Provence 89 is my second favourite in the range. It’s a gorgeous blast of the Lavender fields of Provence combined with fresh Melon and Watermelon. I think this combination is absolutely genius, I never would have thought of it! By adding the Melon scent it lifts the Lavender and makes it modern and aquatic; like a field of Lavender after the rain, beautiful.

Parle Moi De Parfum Mile High 38

Parle Moi De Parfum Mile High is a fun Pineapple perfume. This tropical note is mixed with green notes and Patchouli which prevent it from being too sweet or sharp. Instead it’s like a refreshing Pineapple soft drink; ideal for wearing as you jet off on vacation.

If you like Pineapple perfumes check out my article on the best ones.

Parle Moi De Parfum Wake Up World

I think Parle Moi De Parfum Wake Up World is the male equivalent of Juliette Has A Gun Not A Perfume where Ambroxan is also the main note.

After a citrus top note, the Ambroxan starts to come through which creates a warm, creamy undertone. This is complimented by some Vanilla, Ambergris and Tonka Bean.

Wake Up World leans towards a more masculine scent than feminine, with great lasting power too.
