Givenchy Irresistible
Givenchy Irresistible is again one of the classics It opens with a tantalising burst of fresh pear and radiant rose, I love pear fragrances! The fragrance is quite light and sparkling and not at all heavy but I find it lasts well; I think this fragrance seamlessly balances playful allure with sophisticated charm, making it both versatile and memorable. Fun fact, it’s one of my boyfriend’s favourite perfumes on me as well!
Estee Lauder Beautiful Magnolia
Estée Lauder Beautiful Magnolia was a kind of unexpected love for me. Usually their perfume range is associated with traditionally heavier floral scents but this one is hands down the best magnolia fragrance I have ever tried. Magnolia being a delicate floral doesn’t usually last long, but their formulation is so airy and fresh and projects really well. Supported by lush white flowers, the composition captures the essence of a sunlit garden in full bloom. The dry down of woody notes adds depth, grounding the fragrance while allowing the magnolia to shine. Because of the freshness and airiness, its ideal for summer and spring; it’s a very universal and timeless scent.
Versace Bright Crystal
Versace’s Bright Crystal is a clean peony scent that is hard to dislike. Opening with the refreshing notes of pomegranate and zesty yuzu it is quite inviting. Its heart is a blend of magnolia and peony, intertwined with the aquatic nuances of lotus. It’s similar to Miss Dior except it has lotus notes and dior has a little bit more rose. Amber and musk in the base impart warmth, while a hint of mahogany adds depth to this crystalline scent. Perfect ffor humid summertime, clean refreshing. Go for the Absolute version if you are looking for something more intense and stronger, but the EDT is great for people looking for lighter fragrances!
Lancome Idôle
Lancôme Idôle is a classic, the beautiful combination of a dewy rose and pear notes that lifts the perfume, ah its one of my all time favourites. Rose, in its multitude of facets, dominates the heart, intertwined with pristine jasmine, creating a bouquet that is both delicate and assertive. The base is enriched with a soft, clean chypre accord, giving depth and staying power. Great for lasting, there are multiple versions available, but the one I recommend for summer is the original Idole. The ultra-slim bottle, a testament to architectural elegance, complements the scent’s contemporary essence.
SOKI LONDON Aphrodite
Immerse yourself in the scent of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love. Aphrodite’s scent leaves a lasting impression on the wearer and those who encounter them. Aphrodite awakens the senses with the scent of fresh lotus flowers surrounded by exotic palms. As the fragrance develops an exotic coconut note transports the wearer to a sensual paradise where the possibilities are endless and true love blossoms.
Elie Saab Le Parfum Lumière
Elie Saab Le Parfum Lumière is more or less same as the original Le Parfum version, except this one has an orange top note that comes through really beautifully. The heart is a delicate blend of orange blossom and jasmine, exuding a floral opulence that is both uplifting and refined. The base of honey and patchouli adds depth and sensuality. This one is definitely a wedding perfume, reminds me of champagne and fun, I absolutely adore wearing this.
Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet
Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet needs no introduction, being a cult favourite in the community, its a beautiful sophisticated perfume. Opening with a refreshing citrus burst of Calabrian bergamot, it sets a light and cheerful tone. The heart reveals a symphony of sweet pea and the base, anchored by white musk, lends a subtle softness to the bouquet. Housed in a classic, chic flacon adorned with a silver bow, it perfectly encapsulates the fragrance’s elegance. The only downside is the price, for which we recommend getting Versace Bright Crystal as an alternative!
Bvlgari Omnia Crystalline
Bvlgari Omnia Crystalline comes in a really cool shell-like bottle. The fragrance uses Lotus as it’s main note. The lotus note in there is airy and fresh. The base, comprised of balsa wood and musk, provides a subtle, grounding warmth . I really recommend this one for humid weather or for professional environment given it’s clean and fresh projection.
Armani My Way
Armani’s My Way is a tuberose recommendation. Its one of the heavier ones I have talked about yet, they have a lighter version called My Way Floral that you should check out. The base, marked by white musk and Virginia cedar, offers a warm, comforting embrace. I also love the branding and the bottle, I think its very on trend. So, all the tuberose fans I would highly recommend adding My Way to your wishlists.
Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Forever
Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Forever a zesty lemon perfume. At its heart, it consists of white florals blended with a splash of ozonic notes, giving it an aquatic touch. Vetiver in the base anchors the scent, adding a touch of earthy elegance. For me the orange blossom in there is really pleasant, and it reminds of the perfumes you would get in Mediterranean cities or, maybe Mexico. Housed in a sleek, blue-tinted bottle, this iteration of the iconic “Light Blue” evokes memories of endless summers, passionate loves, and the timeless charm of Italy’s coast.
