Best Fig Perfumes

My top Fig fragrance recommendation is the unisex Fico di Amalfi, part of Acqua di Parma’s Blu Mediterraneo range. The fragrance is a tribute to the Fig trees of the Amalfi coast. The fresh scent of Fig is combined with the signature Acqua Di Parma citrus top note and a hint of Cedar wood in the base. There are also accompanying body products which help layer the Fig scent, and which can be shared with the whole family or between couples due to their unisex nature. I also love the sea-blue bottles of the Blu Meditrraneo range.

For an affordable Fig perfume, you can’t go wrong with Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Fig. The Green Tea fragrances can be found for about $20; they’re light Eau de Toilettes which are great for everyday use.

Byredo have a couple of fruity fragrances, I think Byredo Pulp is probably the most well known. It’s a classic autumnal fruit combination of Fig and Blackcurrant. I do really like the scent of Byredo Pulp however, I gin Byredo fragrances really expensive. It’s nearly $300 for the full size bottle, and considering the lasting power isn’t great, I’m not sure if its good value for money.

Figuier Eden is part of the Armani Prive exclusive collection. It’s a green Fig fragrance which uses grassy notes and the scent of tea leaves to create a scent reminiscent of the entire Fig tree. I think Giorgio Armani Figuier Eden is a pretty unisex fragrance, and it’s also a classy interpretation of Fig.

Roger & Gallet Fleur de Figuier is another very affordable Fig fragrance. They also make lots of accompanying body products which can be worn with any other Fig scent to help layer the fragrance.

Jo Loves is the brand which Jo Malone started, 10 years after her non-compete expired with Estée Lauder who purchased her Jo Malone London brand in 1999, and which she left in 2006.

Jo Loves Red Truffle combines Fresh Fig and Pine with deep Truffle notes. The result is a unique and elegant scent which is unlike anything else really. The Truffle is warm and very noticeable, and I’d say its equal to the Fig and Pine in strength.

Niche fragrance brand Ellis Brooklyn released Sun Fruit in summer 2022. It’s a unique combination of a classic Coconut vacation ‘sunscreen’ scent and fruity notes; primarily Fig. If you find Coconut perfumes too heavy, then Sun Fruit is a nice middle ground.
