A Guide To Every Narciso by Narciso Rodriguez Perfume

2022 sees the release of Narciso Cristal. This new fragrance is a departure from the Amber scents which have preceded it in the Narciso range.

Narciso Cristal is a beautiful, delicate, almost milky white floral musk. I used to do a lot of ballet and the scent of Narciso Cristal really reminded me of the scent of the ballet shop and getting new ballet shoes.

There is a Cashmere fragrance note which combines with white florals, particularly Orange Blossom, to create a super feminine perfume. The scent almost reminds me of a bubble bath fragrance in that it’s warm, slightly sweet and creates a cosy blanket feeling. Narciso Cristal is definitely my favourite in the

As the name suggests Narciso Eau Néroli Ambreé has Néroli and Amber in it. The other main notes though are Orange Blossom, Musk and a tropical Frangipani fragrance note.

The fragrance keeps the signature Narciso musky vibe but the main notes are the fresh and citrusy Neroli and Orange Blossom which make Narciso Eau Néroli Ambreé a great fragrance for the summer.

I also love the Frangipani note because it creates a tropical green feel which is really uplifting.

Again, the fragrance name is spot on; Narciso Ambreé (the orange cube) is primarily an amber fragrance. Alongside the Amber and of course the signature Narciso Musk, there are white floral and Frangipani notes which add femininity.

Narciso Ambreé is pretty strong and has great lasting power. It’s definitely a scent for fans of Amber perfumes.

For some reason, Narciso Grace was only released in Russia and it’s pretty much impossible to get hold of it now.

The scent is a classic Narciso musk with a fresh Green Apple and Peony top note.

Don’t be fooled by the ‘Eau de Toilette’ in the name, Narciso Rouge Eau de Toilette still has the great lasting power we have come to expect from Narciso Rodriguez perfumes.

Narciso Rouge Eau de Toilette is a musk scent with an aromatic undertone made up of Vetiver, Cedar and Lilly of the Valley.

I think Narciso Rouge Eau de Toilette would be nice as a spring scent because the green and aromatic undertones are uplifting and add a freshness.

Narciso Rouge (the red cube) is a heavy musky floral with strong projection and lasting power. It isn’t to my personal taste but I know that Narciso Rouge is very popular with fans of heavy perfumes.

The scent is a powdery Iris and Rose which is accompanied by a Woody Vanilla base.

I think Narciso Rouge is probably the most popular in the Narciso perfume range.

Narciso Poundree is another popular fragrance in the Narciso line. Of course there is a powdery musky perfume note but in Narciso Poundree feminine notes of Orange Blossom, Rose and Jasmine. It kind of reminds me of a stronger, more powdery version of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle.

There are also undertones of Patchouli, Vetiver and Coumarin (which has a Hay-like quality).

I think Narciso Poundree and Narciso Rouge are the two most popular perfumes in the range.

The ‘Black Cube’ in the Narciso range is the second one that was released. Narciso Eau de Toilette is a clean rose which settles into a woody musk.

The original Narciso white cube perfume is a woody musk perfume. There is plenty of Cedar wood and Vetiver which create a green woody scent which is quite unisex. The top note is Gardenia which is simple and sparkling, but soon fades as the musk and woody notes are the stars of the show.
