Personally, I think this was a great long lasting fragrance, reminiscent of Miss Dior Rose n Roses but with better lasting power. L’eau D’Issey Pivoine
The latest release in the L’eau D’Issey line is their Pivoine edition (aka peony). This fragrance is quite similar to the original L’eau D’Issey with the same signature aquatic lotus and lily-of-the-valley dry down. A fresh peony scent is noticeable at first but this soon fades as the original fragrance comes through.
The bottle is slightly pink and I like the wooden lid. I think this is a nice summer version of the original but it isn’t different enough to warrant having both.
