1. Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Eau de Parfum
There can be nothing more classic than Chanel. Chanel Coco Mademoiselle is the brands best selling fragrance and has remained popular since its launch in 2001. Coco Mademoiselle is what I describe as a ‘modern chypre’ in that it follows a traditional chype scent profile (orange top note, rose heart, patchouli base) but doesn’t have the ‘old fashioned’ tones which have been associated with chype fragrances of the past. As the Spring weather gets warmer, it might be best to move to the Eau de Toilette version of the fragrance which emphasises the orange note.
2. Especially Escada
Especially Escada is a wild rose scent with sparkling aquatic notes and a soft floral muskiness. As far as rose fragrances go, Especially Escada is very affordable and can often be found at a discounted price. In that sense, I find Especially Escada to be one of the best value, and hidden gem rose perfumes on the market.
3. Elie Saab Le Parfum
Elie Saab Le Parfum is housed in a very elegant glass bottle. It has an amazing blend of jasmine and orange blossom that sticks around and makes me fall in love with its fragrance every time I wear it. It’s a balanced, well-rounded, feminine and elegant fragrance which can be worn all throughout the year but I find as the weather starts to change for Spring, I turn to Elie Saab Le Parfum.
4. Floral Street Peony Wonderland
Floral Street Wonderland Peony is a fresh and slightly sweet Peony fragrance which is ideal for the Spring time. A hint of cotton candy creates a fun undertone without creating a fragrance which is too sweet or sickly. Peony remains the main note making the perfume feel really pretty; ideal for Spring.
5. Jimmy Choo Floral
Jimmy Choo Floral is a total love at first sniff! I was amazed to see it was an Eau de Toilette as I find it lasts as long as most Eau de Parfums!
The fragrance is a juicy blend of Nectarine, Tangerine, Bergamot and Magnolia. This creates a fun fruity yet fresh vibe that always makes me smile. I think Jimmy Choo Floral is such a hidden gem and is perfect for Spring.
6. Giorgio Armani My Way
My Way by Giorgio Armani is a classic orange blossom and tuberose, white floral fragrance for women. Undertones of vanilla and musk create a warm base which isn’t noticeably sweet; the tuberose really ends up being the dominant note. While My Way isn’t overpowering, it does have great longevity. Overall, I think My Way is an inoffensive yet quality scent that works for everyday wear and is a safe blind buy.

7. Givenchy Irresistible
Irresistible by Givenchy is a fruity floral fragrance that has become one of my go-to every day scents. I find the fresh pear top note is quite addictive and works perfectly with a modern and delicate rose heart. Just like a delicate flower emerging from the morning dew of Spring, Givenchy Irresistible is classy and beautifully composed.
8. Dolce & Gabbana Dolce Rose
Dolce Rose is a clean and fresh fragrance with sweet and fruity notes. After an initial fresh red currant the delicate rose heart emerges. This combination reminds me of the scent of dew drops on a rose in the morning. Dolce Rose is light and I recommend it for rose perfume lovers who are looking for something very fresh for hotter days.
9. Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Forever
Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Forever is one of my favourite orange blossom fragrances. It has an elegance to the scent which I think is perfect for spring and reminds me of the mediterranean cost. Light Blue Forever has much more depth than the original Light Blue perfume and I think its far superior!
10. Estée Lauder Beautiful Magnolia
In my view Estée Lauder Beautiful Magnolia is Spring in a bottle. This fragrance smells exactly like the fresh Magnolia blossom which blooms as Spring emerges. Beautiful Magnolia also has an underlying aquatic feeling which comes from a water lotus note that I love! As well as being perfect for Spring, I also think this is a great Wedding perfume.
