Best Plum Perfumes

Marc Jacobs Decadence is a sexy, slightly spicy Plum perfume. Saffron and Vetiver, create the mysterious edge to the fragrance which people tend to either love or hate. I have a feeling that Marc Jacobs Decadence is going to be discontinued but you can still find it at Fragrance Direct, AllBeauty, and Amazon.

Fever Eau de Parfum is probably the warmest of the Jimmy Choo fragrances. I always think it’s an Autumnal fragrance because it’s main notes of Plum and Tonka Bean are warm and cosy. Jimmy Choo Fever is an Eau de Parfum and nicely balances the sweet fruitiness of the Plum note with warmer, sophisticated tones. As Fever has been out for quite a while now, it can often be found on sale.

Byredo have a fragrance called Bullion which combines Plum with a Leather fragrance note. This combination is very unisex; it’s a fruity men’s fragrance, or a woody women’s fragrance. Combining Plum and Leather is a great combination; it’s warm, cosy and quite sexy. I’d recommend it for the colder months or the evenings anytime during the year. Byredo Bullion is discontinued but can still be found on Amazon.

Shay & Blue is a niche fragrance brand. Their Black Tulip fragrance is a sweet Plum which combines a powdery Vanilla note with a sweet fruity Plum. Shay & Blue Black Tulip is very gourmand fragrance. It’s unisex but I think due to its gourmand nature it feels more feminine than male.

For a sweet and strong Plum perfume I recommend Couture Couture by Juicy Couture. I appreciate that Juicy Couture isn’t the coolest of brands anymore, however their perfumes are in general very good for lasting and great value for money.

Couture Couture Eau de Parfum is a Plum, Jasmine and Orange Flower fragrance which is creamy and rich. It smells feminine and quite sophisticated; suitable for any occasion.

Beyonce Midnight Heat is an affordable, sweet Plum fragrance which can usually be found for about $10. I recommend checking out the Beyonce perfumes because they’re good value for money! My article on every Beyonce perfume.

Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy was the first celebrity perfume I ever bought and it’s still my favourite. It is a sweet, sexy fragrance which has fantastic lasting power. I usually turn to Midnight Fantasy for a night out, I spray it on my clothes and hair and I find it lasts until the next day at least!

You can usually find Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy at a reduced price and the 100ml Eau de Parfum lasts forever; I highly recommend it.

A new flanker in the Gucci Guilty range was released in 2022. The original Gucci Guilty is a floral Lilac and Violet fragrance and Gucci Guilty Intense keeps the Violet note but adds Plum and a Vanilla and Patchouli base which is makes it heavy, sweet and a bit sexy. It’s probably one of the strongest and best for lasting Plum perfumes available.

Christina Aguilera Unforgettable is a sweet Vanilla and Plum fragrance which would be suitable for the evening and date nights. The Christina Aguilera fragrances tend to be quite sexy but not too heavy. The bottles are small and durable so you can easily fit them in your handbag.
