Bois Blonds

Bois Blonds is an amber woody fragrance which feels light and airy on me. Its top notes are neroli and pink pepper which creates a fresh top note that settles into a slightly powdery and woody skin scent. I think Bois Blonds is one of the lighter Cologne Absolute fragrances from Atelier Cologne and could be worn throughout the year.

Vanille Insensée

Vanille Insensée is a woody fragrance with top notes of lime, citron and coriander. This isn’t your usual vanilla fragrance; it has a sour and sweet fusion due to the citrus and aromatic top notes combining with the traditional vanilla base tones. Personally, I’m not sure how well these two type of scent work together but they certainly create a unique fragrance.

Orange Sanguine

Orange Sanguine is one of the more famous Atelier Cologne scents. It’s blend of blood orange, flowering geraniums and sandalwood create the fresh, everyday scent which the brand has come to be associated with.

This fusion takes me away to a farmhouse in Italy, where the warmth of the sun combines with the scent of fresh, sweet oranges. While I do feel that at first Orange Sanguine is an unsubtle scent, I like how it mellows on me.

Grand Neroli

Grand Neroli is an extremely well-balanced neroli fragrance. I find it to have a sweeter dry down that slightly distinguishes it from typical neroli fragrances which can be very green. The only downside is that it doesn’t last very long on me but I love how inoffensive it is; this is definitely a good unisex, every day fragrance.

Silver Iris

Silver Iris is a classic amber floral fragrance which blends blackcurrant, tangerine, iris and musk. I find it very feminine and traditional. If you’re a fan of Iris fragrances then you’re sure to like this, you should also check out my guide to the Best Iris Perfumes.

Santal Carmin

Santal Carmin is an amazing amber woody fragrance with a hint of saffron. The fragrance opens with fresh citrus notes but these are soon sweetened by the most delicious vanilla. To me, what stands out personally is the most delicately beautiful saffron note, which is present from start to end and is intricately intertwined with the star of the show, a beautiful creamy, almost lactonic sandalwood! This fragrance is a dream smell for sandalwood lovers. It is suitable for all seasons and is a timeless fragrance that is very addictive.

Pomelo Paradis

Pomelo Paradis is a citrus aromatic fragrance with top notes of super fresh pink grapefruit (pomelo), Calabrian mandarin and blackcurrant. After the opening notes fade I get the really pretty scent of orange blossom and a soft mint. I like how natural this scent smells; its definitely one of my favourite from Atelier Cologne.

Cedre Atlas

Cedre Atlas, as the name suggests is a woody fragrance which has top notes of lemon, bergamot and blackcurrant before it reveals its classic cedar wood scent. I don’t find it groundbreaking but it’s a very pleasant fragrance and has good longevity and sillage. If you love the smell of cedar than you can’t really go wrong with Cedre Atlas!

Musc Impérial

Musc Imperial is often said to be a dupe for the male version of Creed Aventus. It’s a slightly green and herbal scent with a twist of fruity fig. It has a musky base which inclines it to be a more masculine scent. Musc Imperial is a fresh day time scent and would work well for wearing to the office.

Clementine California

Clementine California is an aromatic fragrance which evokes the scent of the Californian outdoors. Fresh orange notes combine with aromatic juniper berries, cypress and basil to create a calming fragrance which reminds me of the aroma of an up-market spa! It reminds me of everything warm and I think it will be great for a sunny day.

Bergamote Soleil

Bergamote Soleil is a sharp, zesty and slightly bitter citrus fragrance, reminiscent of the smell of lemon zest. There is a mossy undertone which adds depth and helps with longevity, however I’d still recommend Bergamote Soleil for day time wear. In my view, this fragrance is an echo of traditional men’s lemon scents like Dior’s original Eau de Sauvage scent.

Pacific Lime

Pacific Lime is one of the best lime perfumes on the market in my view. It’s a bright, refreshing, zesty citrus full of joy with hints of coconut. It is very pleasant, refreshing, and versatile and inspired by Firefly Beach Soy Wax Candle. It has good sillage and longevity. This perfume makes me feel like I’m on vacation on a sunny Caribbean island!

Love Osmanthus

Atelier Cologne Love Osmanthus paints a snapshot of a furtive romance set in a secret garden. It has a fresh squeezed orange scent and the orange intensifies the longer you wear it. Osmanthus, although being a flower, often has a peachy scent which combines well with the orange notes. It later dries down to butterscotch and spices that give a contrasting vibe and make it quite universal, that is, not just a summer fragrance.

Lemon Island

Lemon Island is my personal favourite Atelier Cologne scent. It’s a combination of fun and fresh lemon, tropical jasmine and Madagascan vanilla. It is very unique in fragrance and u like anything else in my collection. I find it has great performance and longevity and I always take Lemon Island on vacation with me!
