Versace Dylan Blue
Versace Dylan Blue is a simple fruity fragrance with a hint of an aromatic undertone. At first a fresh and zest Green Apple note dominates the scent, followed by a fresh and fruity Peach. As the perfume settles the aromatic undertones start to come through; Clover and Rose Hip with a slightly woody vibe. There is also a slight floral feel to the fragrance but no particular note is identifiable.
Personally, I find Versace Dylan Blue a bit generic and uninspiring. I also find the lasting power not great despite it being an Eau de Parfum.
Bella Hadid is used in the imagery for Versace Dylan Blue, she also appears in some of the Versace Dylan Turquoise adverts.
Versace Dylan Turquoise
Versace Dylan Turquoise is a fresh summer scent. Initially I get Lemon with a hint of an Orange perfume note too (reminiscent of Valentino Donna Born In Roma Yellow Dream which is made by the same company L’Oreal). I think these citrus notes are ideal for hot humid summer days.
There is also a Guava fruity perfume note, which of course is associated with tropical and vacation scents.
After the Lemon settles, there is a hint of Freesia, Cassis and Jasmine which create a floral feminine undertone.
Versace Dylan Turquoise is an Eau de Toilette so this isn’t a strong scent. I recommend it for day time and hot weather.
Hailey Bieber is the main face of Versace Dylan Turquoise.
Versace Dylan Purple
Versace Dylan Purple is my personal favourite in the Dylan range and my top recommendation. It’s a fun and fruity fragrance which reminds me of walking into a Victoria’s Secret store. I can imagine wearing this to a beach party on vacation!
The reason why I recommend it as the best perfume in the Versace Dylan range is because it has an undertone of some modern synthetic notes which really help a perfume last. These notes are called, Pomarose, Ambroxan and Iso E Super, and Sylkolide. Together they create a feminine, creamy undertone which supports the fruity notes well.
The other main female fragrance range from Versace is their Versace Crystal range of perfumes, check out my review here.
