Best Watermelon Perfumes

Dolce & Gabbana released a numbered range of perfumes called their Anthology collection. Today, the only one which is still sold is N.o. 3 D&G L’Imperatrice.

In my view, this is the best Watermelon perfume available at the moment. Alongside the main Watermelon note, Kiwi and Rhubarb also add to the fresh and slightly sour fruitiness of L’Imperatrice.

Shay & Blue are a niche fragrance brand who make a number of unisex fresh and fruity fragrances. Shay & Blue Watermelons is an ode to all things Watermelon. There are green tropical undertones which make the scent reminiscent of vacations. Shay & Blue Watermelons is fresh, light and ideal for summer.

Tocca Simone is a floral Watermelon perfume. Freesia and Frangipani accompany Apple and Watermelon to create a feminine and fresh summer scent. If you typically wear floral scents but are looking for something fresher and fruitier for summer then Tocca Simone is a nice option.

Juicy Couture Oui is a splash of sweet Watermelon and fresh Pear. A hint of Honeysuckle is also present but overall this is an aquatic Watermelon fragrance.

Every year Escada release a limited edition Eau de Toilette with a different name. They’re always tropical, summer fragrances and Escada Sorbetto Rosso is the one with the most Watermelon.

Escada Sorbetto Rosso is discontinued but still available at Perfume Click in the UK, and Saks in the US.

Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Flora Cherrysia is a sweet Cherry Blossom perfume which uses Watermelon to bring out the sweetness of the floral notes. Pear and a hint of Violet keep the fragrance feminine; this is definitely one of the prettiest Cherry Blossom fragrances and the Watermelon really works well.

Most of the Britney Spears Fantasy fragrances have been quite sugary sweet. Britney Spears Island Fantasy is a tropical Watermelon fragrance ideal for a day at the beach. Lots of sugary Citrus notes accompany the Watermelon but the perfume is still light and refreshing.

For a super affordable Watermelon fragrance, I recommend Adidas Get Ready! which can usually be picked up for a few pounds. There are also lots of accompanying Watermelon body products which can be layered with any Watermelon fragrance to help layer and intensify the fragrance.
