Rihanna Perfume Range Review

The first perfume Rihanna released was her Reb’l Fleur. This affordable Vanilla perfume was an instant hit, despite being released around the same time as Beyonce’s fragrance. Rihanna Reb’l Fleur is sweet and sexy; fruity Peach and Plum accompanies Coconut and Patchouli to create a perfume which fills a room and lasts well on skin and clothes. Considering Rihanna Reb’l Fleur can usually be found for about £20 I think it’s a great bargain if you’re looking for a sexy perfume.

Rihanna Rebelle has the same sweet DNA as Reb’l Fleur with a Strawberry top note, though it also has Chocolate and Coffee notes added. It kind of reminds me of a more affordable version of YSL Black Opium.

Rebelle is also a strong perfume though personally I think Reb’l Fleur is a little bit more complex and interesting.

Rihanna’s Nude perfume is quite different to its two predecessors. It’s more of a summer fragrance with tropical notes of Guava and fresh Pear. A pretty Vanilla Orchid and Orange Blossom create a feminine floral heart which is innocent and suited to the day time.

Rihanna Reb’l Fleur Love Always is a re-release of the original Reb’l Fleur fragrance.

Rihanna’s RiRi perfume is a sweet, boozy and tropical fragrance which is great for a night out. Passionfruit and Rum combine with Vanilla to recreate the scent of a sweet cocktail. RiRi has good projection and can be relied on to get you compliments!

Crush by Rihanna is probably her most innocent fragrance. It’s a fresh citrus scent with a hint of musk. The Bergamot and Mandarin Orange top notes are refreshing and create a perfume which I advise for hot summer days.

Rihanna Kiss is another more innocent fragrance. Fruity Plum is accompanied by a bouquet of floral notes including Gardenia, Freesia and Peony; all of which are quite delicate floral fragrance notes.

I think Kiss is a good option for a generic and affordable everyday scent.

Rihanna Rogue, unusually for a celebrity perfume, uses a Suede fragrance note as its main scent. This creates an intriguing and warm feeling which combines with Patchouli, Vanilla and Plum to create a sexy perfume which isn’t sweet (unlike her Reb’l Fleur and Rebelle perfumes).

Rihanna Rogue Love is less interesting than the original Rogue perfume. It has a sweet Caramel fragrance note which combines with some fruity and floral notes to create a scent which isn’t particularly unique.

Rihanna’s only male fragrance, Rogue Man, feels to me like a unisex fragrance. Pepper and aromatic notes create a typical masculine feeling, but this is accompanied by a warm Vanilla Orchid and Tonka Bean which take away any sharpness.
